Regulatory Compliance Analyst
The successful candidate will join our Compliance team to assist and support the Bank’s compliance programme.
Duties
• Monitor and advise on current and new Regulatory obligations;
• Keep up to date with all latest Regulatory guidance, best practice and legislation;
• Identify regulatory compliance risks and assess potential impacts on operations;
• Implement policies and procedures to manage and control regulatory compliance risks;
• Assist in the interaction with Regulators on Regulatory Compliance related matters;
• Report in a timely manner Regulatory Compliance risk information.
Requirements
• Holds a first degree or other professional qualification or equivalent in Banking, Law, or Compliance;
• Able to interact effectively with Regulators;
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines;
• Can work both independently and also within a team;
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Hold a command of both Maltese and English.
